I checked my e-mail again yesterday. Been tired of blogging so I thought I will just check e-mails for a change. Then like digging from a treasure chest, I found this very old e-mail that my cousin sent me last year and I read it for the first time.
I had to admit, I sometimes don’t read my e-mails. So I checked this e-mail that I received from my cousin and found out that it is worth sharing with you mommies and health junkies out there. These are tips on making good and healthy juices for your loved ones. Please feel free to copy them and/or print if you want to… just let me know.

There you go friends. Just combine those fruits and put them in a blender with some ice cubes and if you think they are not sweet enough from the natural sugar they get from the fruits you can add a little bit of honey to sweeten a bit more. You can also check out more juice recipes from this blog that I found online. Stay healthy.
